Automotive Safety Platform
ISO 26262 ASIL D zonal vehicle platform with 7 ECUs, full safety lifecycle, AUTOSAR-like BSW, and quality workflow traceability.
- Targeting ISO 26262 ASIL D with HARA, safety goals, FMEA, and bidirectional traceability in progress
- Working toward ASPICE CL2 with requirements, architecture, verification, and configuration management
- AUTOSAR-like BSW with E2E protection, MISRA C, and SIL-in-the-Loop testing on Docker + real hardware
Project 2
foxBMS Battery Management — POSIX SIL
Eclipse foxBMS 2 ported to Linux x86-64 via SocketCAN — real BMS state machine, fault injection framework with 2,005 ASIL-D test cases, and full ASPICE CL2 documentation.
- Real foxBMS diag.c with threshold counters — OV 585ms, OC 116ms detection. Not stubs, the actual algorithm
- 2,005 fault injection tests across 11 ISO 26262 Part 5 methods, SWE.5 + SWE.6 test levels, 29/31 PASS
- Full ASPICE CL2: 35 documents from MAN.3 to SUP.10, plus ISO 26262 Parts 3-9 (HARA, FMEA, FTTI)
Project 3
Taktflow OpenSOVD — Eclipse SDV Diagnostic Stack
Zonal SOVD diagnostic stack (ASAM SOVD v1.1 / ISO 17978-3) with DFM, Gateway, Server, and CDA bridge — edge-to-cloud topology aligned with Eclipse S-CORE v1.0.
- ~13 SOVD REST endpoints live in Docker SIL; 32 integration tests + schema-snapshot OpenAPI gate green in CI
- Edge-to-cloud stack: Pi gateway on physical CAN, laptop HPC tier (CDA + Server + Gateway + DFM), live AWS IoT Core telemetry, Prometheus + Grafana observability
- 20 documented use cases, 25 ADRs, SvelteKit observer dashboard with mTLS — contribution-ready for Eclipse OpenSOVD upstream
